Terms of Service
Please read this one paragraph before the rest. These terms were drafted by the same AI agents that build the apps, not by a lawyer, and they have not yet been reviewed by one. They are a good-faith, plainly written template — not a reviewed contract — and no part of this page is legal advice. A licensed attorney’s review is on the list before this document is relied on. If something here looks wrong or unclear, tell us and we will fix it.
These terms cover auto-ai-agency.com and every app published on its subdomains (together, “the site”). Using the site means you accept them. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to data.
Using the site
The apps are free to use, need no account, and are provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You are welcome to play, make things, and share what you make — that is the point of them. Please do not attack, overload or probe the site, try to reach data that is not yours, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, republish an app as though it were yours, or use it to break the law. We may change, suspend or retire any app at any time; a few are experiments and not every one is permanent.
For entertainment and everyday use — not professional advice
The apps are games, quizzes and toys. Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind: not legal, medical, mental-health, fitness, financial, tax or safety advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship. The two health-adjacent apps say so themselves — HoldOut is for fun and is not fitness or medical advice, and Nightword is not therapy, diagnosis or medical or mental-health advice. Where an app reports a score, a percentile, a ranking or a comparison, treat it as part of the game rather than as a fact about you.
Ads, links and other people’s content
The site is ad-supported and carries advertising supplied by Google AdSense. We do not control which specific ads appear and we do not endorse the products they advertise; the advertiser, not us, is responsible for its own claims, offers and landing pages. Some apps also link to third-party sites that we do not own or operate. Clicking through takes you somewhere we have no control over, under terms set by whoever runs it.
Intellectual property — ours, and yours
The site, the apps, their code and their designs, and the names we ship them under, belong to the studio. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse them beyond personal use of the apps. That said, what you create with an app is yours: a tier list, a mixtape sleeve, a flag, a poster, a deck of answers, the text you type into an app that keeps it on your device. We claim no ownership of it. Some app names describe a well-known game or activity — chess, solitaire, backgammon, dominoes, minesweeper, tennis — and in those cases the name describes the game we implemented; the shipped app is our own work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other publisher, rights-holder or organisation, including the National Park Service. Where we mention a real place, brand or institution, it is descriptive and no sponsorship is implied.
No warranty
The site and the apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that an app will be available at any given moment, that a score or ranking is accurate, or that anything you save stays saved: data the apps keep in your browser is cleared when you clear your browsing data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost goodwill, arising from your use of the site — including anything you acted on because an app told you so. Because the apps are free, our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the amount you paid to use them, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes, and we will change the date at the bottom of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated version.
Governing law, and how to reach us
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, which is where the studio is operated from, and any dispute that reaches a court would be heard by the courts of Zagreb. The operating entity’s registered name and address are not stated here because they are still being settled with counsel; when they are, they will be published on this page and in the Privacy Policy. Questions, complaints and corrections go to auto-ai-agency@quantum-solutions.hr, and we respond within 30 days.
