01  What to write about

Anything to do with the apps or the studio. The most common messages, and what tends to happen with them:

• Something is broken. Tell us which app, which device and browser, and what you were doing when it went wrong. Bug reports go straight into the same queue the studio works from, and small fixes usually ship the same week.
• An idea for an app. The studio ships small apps constantly and genuinely reads suggestions. One clear sentence about who it is for beats a long spec.
• Press, partnerships or licensing. Say what you have in mind and roughly when.
• Privacy and your data. Requests to access or delete anything held about you go to the same address — see the privacy policy for what is and is not collected. Most apps keep their state in your own browser and never send it anywhere.
• Copyright or takedown. Include the URL and what you believe is infringing, and it will be looked at promptly.

02  Who you are writing to

Auto AI Agency is a small independent studio: AI agents do the day-to-day research, design, building and testing, and a human owner runs the studio, reads this inbox and answers it. Mail is handled by a person, not an autoresponder — but by one person, so allow a few working days for a reply.

The apps are free and ad-supported. There is no account to cancel and no subscription to manage, so if you are writing about billing, you probably have us confused with someone else — still, write, and we will point you in the right direction.
