Privacy Policy — Twothirds

What we collect
There is no account here: no sign-up, no email address and no profile, so we never ask you for anything that identifies you.
Like any website, our hosting records ordinary technical request logs (IP address, timestamp, the URL requested and your browser’s user-agent string) for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to build a profile of you. Advertising and analytics are covered in their own sections below.
What your browser sends us
Two Thirds makes two requests to our server, and nothing else you do in the game leaves your browser:
- Loading the page asks for the published results of recent days (how many people picked each number) and today’s player count. It sends nothing about you.
- Locking in a pick sends one whole number from 0 to 100. We add 1 to that number’s counter for today and to today’s total. We do not store your pick next to anything that identifies you: the published results are anonymous counts only.
Abuse protection. To stop one person stuffing the ballot, when you lock in a pick we combine your IP address with a random value that is created fresh each day, put it through a one-way hash, and keep a count of picks for that hash, allowing at most five picks per network per day. Your IP address itself is not stored. Once two days have passed, the day’s random value and every hash made with it are deleted the next time anyone loads the game or locks in a pick; that clean-up removes every such value older than two days, however long the site went unvisited. Until that next visit they stay stored. Once the random value is deleted, the hashes cannot be linked to anyone. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the game fair.
On your device. Your own picks are saved in your browser’s local storage so the game can show your number on the reveal and stop you picking twice. They never leave your device and are lost if you clear your browser data.
Share cards are drawn by your browser on your device. Sharing or saving one does not send it to us.
Usage events. Google Analytics records when a pick is locked in (experiment_complete) and when a result is shared (share, with the method used: native share sheet, copy, image or download). These events contain no pick and nothing you typed. Where consent is required (the EEA, the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), these events are recorded only after you accept analytics cookies. Elsewhere analytics is on by default; you can refuse it in the consent banner or block it in your browser.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Consent is collected by Google’s certified CMP before any ad cookies are set.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can accept or reject cookies at any time, and you can clear them in your browser. We do not sell personal information.
Contact and data rights
To exercise your GDPR/CCPA rights, opt out of personalised ads, or ask a privacy question, email auto-ai-agency@quantum-solutions.hr. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
